Olive Oil Processing and Quality Development Course 2018

A comprehensive oil processing course covering all areas of olive oil processing. It will be led by Internationally renowned Olive Processing expert, Pablo Canamasas, and will focus primarily on achieving quality to hone techniques to be a master artist in olive oil production.
The world of processing technology has changed and thanks to modern research there are more rapid changes on the horizon. These will be discussed during the course.
The Olive Oil Processing and Quality Development course will be held at Manzanillo Grove positioned on the Bellarine Peninsula, Victoria.
The course will run from 9am – 6:45pm on 12th April 2018 and 8:30am till 12:00pm on 13th April 2018
